ABOUT US
 

We left our country of birth, South Africa in 2014.  We then worked and lived in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia) for 3 years.  Late 2016 we had a wonderful holiday in both Australia and New Zealand.  Early in 2017 we returned to SA to pack up and immigrate; the choice was easy, New Zealand felt like home and this very quickly became our home; we are NZ citizens.   We are proud to say our business is Kiwi owned and operated.

R&R Campervan Rentals Ltd was established in 2019 in New Plymouth, Taranaki.

 

We are now locals, after hours and during weekends my husband Wouter manages the RV's on the outside and everything maintenance related.  I run  the business full-time and look after sales, marketing, accounts, website, cleaning, linen, and the small extra touches and whatever it takes to make our business succeed in the best way possible.  I have 2 part time cleaning staff and aim to create memorable holidays for our clients is all we want!

Our passion for excellence is what drove us from the beginning, and it continues to push us each day.  We started out with 2 small self contained campervans without showers, tv's or bike racks.  We are now proud to say our fleet consists of 8 RV's all are diesel, automatic, have reverse cameras and bike racks, showers and toilets and most have tv's some with auto satellites and off grid systems (allowing you to use electricity without plugging into electricity) with usb ports.

Most of our motorhomes are less than 5yrs old and have low mileage, reliable and they offer luxury with comforts of home.  We also offer pet friendly options.

We offer additional services like Starlink satellite, child car seats, airport pick ups and one way rentals from the north to south islands at an additional fee.

We offer discounted rates for longer rentals - contact us on WhatsApp, Facebook, email or on my mobile to discuss your holiday needs.

We are 25min away from New Plymouth and can arrange of airport drop offs at  $50 each way or you could collect from our home and leave your vehicle here at no cost.  We include Roadside Assistance for locals and reduced excess.

We offer personalised service, 1;1 handovers, wine & chocolates, and outstanding customer service.
