This vehicle Ford is reliable and roadworthy and comes with air suspension.  It is fully self-contained with 2 x large solar panels and 2000v inverter which makes this vehicle an off grid RV, 2 x 9kg gas bottles. It sleeps and seats 6 people with 3 fixed beds (a queen size bed over the drivers cabin and a double bed at the rear, and a king single at the bottom rear, the dinning/lounge are can be converted into another small double bed suitable for children).  It has 4 bike rack, a 4.5m awning, it has double glazing, fly screens on all windows, it also has a tv/dvd (no satelite) it has 3 gas plates, an oven and gril (2 ways electricity or gas) it has a large 3 way fridge (battery whilst driving, gas or electricity) with a chiller box and freezer box.  You have a toilet and seperate shower with glass doors and a basin and large mirror.  You will find all the utensils, crockery, cutlery, pots & pans you may need.  She has a gas heater and an aircondition system (drivers cabin only) andshe has LED night lights.  She has ample of storage space.  She has a powerful 2.0l turbo diesel engine with air suspension, bluetooth, cruise control, reverse camera and air suspensions and loads of other features.

Your security bond depends on the insurance package you chose.  We charge anything from $500 - $3500;  the bond which is refundable should the vehicle have no damages and be returned on time in the same condition it was received in.  Should the vehicle be returned late, without a full tank of diesel, not cleaned, porta loo not cleaned and emptied, infringements , outstanding tolls, damaged or in an accident then this will all be deducted from the bond.

a) COMPULSORY STANDARD INSURANCE @ NZD30per day and excess of $1700 for any one damage.  Windscreens and glass are covered by a seperate insurance of $10p/d, but does not cover tyres. Please note that the excess applies to each single vehicle accident including loss or damages to third parties, the rental vehicle and its accessories. The total insurance payable is capped at 60 rental days or NZ$1500 per hire.

b) STANDARD INSURANCE WITH TYRE AND WINDSCREEN COVER NZ$50.00 per day with an excess of NZ$1550 (for any single vehicle accident and NIL excess for windscreen and tyre damage (excludes service for changing a tyre). Please note that the excess applies to each single vehicle accident including loss or damages to third parties, the rental vehicle and its accessories and is capped at one tyre replacement per hire. The total insurance payable is capped at 60 rental days or NZ$2000 per hire.

c) FULL COVER INSURANCE PACKAGE  

NZ$98.00 per day will reduce the excess for any one vehicle damage to NZ$350.00 (Please note that the excess applies to each single vehicle accident including loss or damages to third parties, the rental vehicle and its accessories. Includes compulsory standard insurance and windscreen/tyre cover (excludes service for changing a tyre and limited to one tyre per trip).The total insurance payable is capped at 60 rental days or NZ$3500 per hire.

AA + Roadside assistance @ NZD195 for duration of trip, compulsory for all international travellers and complimenatry for locals (NZ Residents)

We supply you with coffee/tea/sugar some fresh milk and bottled water.  For stays 14 days and longer you would find a bottle of wine to welcome you in the fridge.

We have added some playing cards, paperbacks and some information booklets about camping grounds and what to see. 

We have hot water bottles, a first aid kit, small vacuum, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, CO2 alarms and other extra things to put us apart from the rest. 

For stays longer than 10 days we supply bedding packs consisting of sheets, duvets, pillows, blankets (seasonal) and towels.

We also add a bottle of wine or chocholates for 14 days and longer stays.

Rate of $11 per 100km travelled will be charged as this is a diesel van and over a certain weight

The rate displayed is low season rates (May-Aug).

Contact us about the  rates over mid (Sept-Nov) and high/peak season (Dec-April). 

Reduced rates available longer stays (+15 days) during any season.

Rental rates are charged per day.  Rates are season dependable and are discounted on a sliding scale for 2 weeks and longer i.e the longer you rent your van the cheaper the daily rate.  We include 150km per day and charge NZD.92c per kilometer thereafter.

We charge $135 cleaning fee - this excludes the supply of linen and towels
